Fictional spacecraft have been my passion since I first saw the motion picture "Destination Moon in 1950." Night Phantom is a large piece depicting a starship leaving orbit above the angry-looking surface of some distant planet. A solitary moon drifts in the distance, a sole occupant of the empty void of interplanetary space.
